In this video I demonstrate how to connect your Google Analytics 4 account with Google Optimize in a WordPress website. Actually, this will work with just about any website, you just have to know where to place a couple of code snippets for your particular build. Your web designer should be able to help if you’re unsure.

A/B Testing and Redirect Testing are covered. If you’re not familiar with it, this is the sort of content testing that displays one set of messages to 50% of your audience, and another message to a different 50%…or however you define the percentages. You can also have more than one “variant” of your primary message, so you’re not limited to just testing two messages against each other. Google Optimize is a great way to get started with A/B testing, even if you’ve never done it before. The idea is to better understand which message, colors, layout, (or whatever differences you think are important to test) resonate with your defined audience(s).
